Its good to be back.

Spam has effectively ruined my previous addy.
I'm slowly going to be changing over to Deep Thoughts' e-mail..
Even the post I first made in this thread, that address was hopelely
lost to spam long ago.
My going away, as I had done recently, means I need to spend like twenty
minutes sorting ot my e-mails from spams.
So.......

I like eating GABA.
The puzzling thing is it takes about four hours for the effect.
I couldn't understand what was happening at first because of that delay.
Actually only within these past maybe three days have I realized it was
the gaba.
I had to cut out my other suppliments, experimenting, to be sure what
was doing "it".
I'd bet my weinie at ths point, its that Russian developed Gaba.

According to wikiedia speaking about the Russian studies, it takes about
a week to get the effect.
Its a part of my bag of sz tricks now with yoga and gingko biloba and
fish oil.

Rough group sex with three much younger virile women also produces a
healing effect on my szness, especially when copious amounts of over
cooked spaghetti is involved. I only employ this theropy for special
occassions.

Of course...this, the GABA, is very recent a discovery, during my
absence from online.

Just since then, thats when I ate my first gaba.

My Doc said my blood work means I need to take 100 mgs of B12 a day.
So thats been happening too.
Taking a 100 mg B complex pill now.
Makes my wiss yellow. Neat, heh?

Anyway, by altering my dose times of B coplex and gingko and etc I found
there was a three four hour delay..this once the gaba was established,
like the studies say, after some days.
Currently, I am reasonably satisfied the effect is from the GABA.

I think it could be even changing my "demeanor"? My psycoogical set?
My "schema"? Whatever....it feels pretty nice.
I feel like I'm in charge of my sprained brain experiance, itsa strange
experiance.
Its hard to explain.

I'm about to look up the Wiki article on GABA. In the meantime, Judy's
newsgroup software has crashed and she's unable to post here, but she
has a different email address (webmail--don't worry about what that
means if you don't know) that she can still use. Contact me at my new

BTW, shortly after I started to post on alt.sz again with my real email
address in the reply-to I was flooded with spam from Nigeria. You know,
"My name is Mr. Offus Jack and I can send you $1 million if you give me
your contact information"--standard Nigerian organized crime scams. I
suspect you'll be changing your email address every couple of months as
well once it starts happening to you. Or you could acquire a modem and
start using your computer. Your choice.

I'll deal with the criminals and thieves and con artists later. Maybe
just accept that they can force me to keep changing my e-dress. Webtv
has basically no defense against spammers.

of dollars.
They trashed my Paypal.
I get a paypal forgery about every ten days.
Once, it wa the real McCoy concerning an intrusion by a criminal.
So my account was closed down.
You remember.

I figure they swamped me over months with the same forgery, about every
te days, and then they try to raid my account and when PayPal actually,
really notifies me I didn't believe it.

I noticed I no longer get forged paypal e-mails recently.
They did their work.

On the phone, paypal folks told me there was an unauthorized entry and
they had to close my account...the ability to withdraw.

Of course when they had notiied me by e-mail I assumed it was just
another paypal scam letter trying to get me to go to a forged site and
use my real paypal password.
So nothing was done by me until much later.

I wondered why they stopped sending me paypal scam letters......

Dan, criminals and thieves are *everywhere*. On the net they're just
harder to track down and catch. It's an almost anarchic environment.
And, frankly, I'm finding that having to deal with jarcks who can't
physically beat me up or otherwise threaten me is a small price to pay
for not having Big Brother strangle my every move. So I love it online
and live most of my life there.

But online means using a COMPUTER. I can't stress that enough. There are
a million things I can do that you can't do through WebTV. So I
encourage you to see if you can get help arranging for a free computer
use course at the local continuing education place.

To whom it may concern

My situation is this - somebody broke into my Outlook Express ( I know
who it was) and deleted all my folders containing all the emails that
I had received and shared over a couple of years. Then, sometime after
that, they hid alt.support.schizophrenia on my own computer. I know
it is still there, but I have not tried to find it. I'm trusting that
at some point they will restore to my computer the files and folders
they have misaligned.
Then sometime after they took the complete Sent Items folder from
Outlook Express.

I am beginning to understand a little that some have tried to re-
arrange things in life as well, in order to supposedly tip the favour
their own way. Not sure if that is a good idea to continue doing this,
and it would be better all round (and particularly for the ones doing
this and those who pay them to do it) if what has been re-arranged was
also restored in life.

But to ask such a thing one has to offer such a thing, and that
happened a long long time ago.
