Default my mind is like Fidel Castro's mouth

On New Year's Eve I skipped my medication and drank too much. I fell
asleep close to 6:00 a.m. and woke up shortly after 10 in the morning.
After returning home on New Year's Day I drank a beer and a rum and,
much later, took my meds. At 4:00 p.m. I fell asleep and, except for a
bizarre dream/hallucination about my landlady flinging the locked door
to my bedroom open and glaring at me (which she denies in an easy way
I believe), I slept steadily until about 10:00 a.m. Wednesday--about
18 hours. Around 2:00 p.m. I boarded a city bus with an insouciant,
besunglassed young driver who jackrabbited the bus before he had
closed the door and nearly made me go flying. Since that moment my
mind has been a raging storm of bitter, vitriolic speeches, and I
nearly ruined my mom's birthday party by starting to speak them aloud.

Long story short: It's been an angry day. For once in my life, it's
for the _other_ guy's sake that I'm glad no one got physical with me.

Hi Miki,

If somebody does something and they don't know, then that is one
thing,
but what they do when they do know
is something different yet again.

Not sure who did what. I do know that I wasn't the only one in an
aggressive mood yesterday. Hey, guys, if anyone else among you had a
case of the bitchies on Jan 2nd, please let me know.

Default Re: my mind is like Fidel Castro's mouth

I just sat around in zombie mode yesterday, mostly.

I did boil a chicken thigh and a hot dog and my last fresh yam and a
couple small potatoes.
(Hot dog soup)
Then I ate it.

Left the broth in he pan.

I earlier had made a hamburger fresh from its freezer borne zip lock
bag.
I put some hamburger into a baggies and then shape it a burger and then
freeze it.
I froze this one sometimes last spring.

Thusly I had some hamburger grease left over, not much, in the pan.
Thusly, while standing there in front of the stove wearing my christmas
slippers,
I figgered.

Hot dog cooked in the grease might be good....thats what I was iggering.

This was for supper I was figgering.

So I added water because I may as well put a potato in too....

Etcetera.
The figgerings grew and mutated.

I just did the vegatative thing mostly all day.

Might make rice or lentils in the broth later today.

Mostly I couldn't get anythng done but I was pretty calm.

In other words.
What you didn't know for many years didn't kill you, infact didn't
harm you at all.
It takes great discipline to be able to see and at the same time to
have a balanced outlook.
My inability to see has never impaired my ability to be.
Infact though there has been much pain, there has been gain because
I've been forced to do things differently.
The fact of knowing, changes nothing at all for me.

Be well.
