Default pork

I love Pork and here are my reasons why:

Pork is beautiful. Roast it, marinate & bake it, stew it, mince & stir-fry
it, have it with onions and fries, have it just plain or with your favourite
gravy or dipping, fresh pork is so juicy and lovely. If in doubt, only buy
pork from your butcher who has a fresh pig carcass laid out in front of him.
The meat should be red and supple. Fresh pork is soft and reddish-pink.

Unlike beef or lamb, it's less threatening to your health, just remove the
excess fat.
Unlike chicken, pork has more flavour and taste.

Pork is in a class all of its own. Young suckling pigs roasted and dipped in
sweet n sour sauce is worth dying for.
Pork goes with any wine, it's great with beer.
You could eat all parts of the pig and never have enough. Pig liver,
intestines, stomach, ears, snout, can all be cleaned and prepared
hygenically and they can be made a wholesome, delicious meal.

Other pro-pork/pro-pig arguments:

People who eat pork are also said to be generally more intelligent.Pork is
said to be brain food.

Porky pig is a loveable cartoon character. He signs off for looney tunes.

Pigs are cute, highly intelligent animals and they are better guard animals
than dogs.

Americans affectionately call their big motorcycles "hogs".

Pigs are a much-maligned and misunderstood creature. Snakes are equated to
the devil. Pigs are not. Pigs are often viewed upon contemptously because
they eat anything. But that's how they survive. Most Pigs today eat clean
food, except their wild cousins in the jungles who still eat whatever they
can kill.
