Default Query on sleeping habits

How many hours do you sleep every day?
Do you use sleeping meds?

I sleep about 10 hours a day on Zyprexa if I don't set
an alarm clock.
I do not use sleeping meds.

When I was on dopamine blockers (falsely called antipsychotic
drugs) I didn't get any real sleep and I was tired all the time. It came
that the dreams got more real and wakefullness, which got more unreal
until I couldn't tell the difference between dream and reality.
The same thing happened to my mother. She was diagnosed
schizophrenic and forced on dopamine blockers. She confused dream with
wakefulness and stabbed me through the heart with an icepick in my
sleep. So, you can see that dopamine blockers can make people much more
violent than they ordinarily would be. Dopamine blockers are very
dangerous, for the patient upon whom they're forced, and the public.
Since then I have been narcoleptic. I sleep in waiting rooms, bus
stops, while riding along as a passenger, in church, and I have fallen
asleep at this key board here. Of course, I wont take dopamine blockers!
I sleep like a rock all night, and prefer sleep to life. Total
uncosciousness is even better. It's best! This narcolepsy is a blessing,
it is an escape, and everyone wants it cured but me.

I´m doing fine. I finally finished reading the manual to my digital camera
(it took me very long).
Now i want to start braiding some bracelets for some friends and family,
which i did for Damo.
They are ment to give you good luck against evil spirits.
Besides i´m playing some guitar.
That´s about me, now how about you, how are you doing these days?

Greetings
Bob the flyer

Hi Robert

I am doing ok too. I brought an astrology birthday book into group
therapy today and everyone in the group wanted to read about their
birthdays which was nice. My psychologist is borrowing the book for the
weekend. Other than that, I have been watching a lot of old movies on
tv.

Hi Penguin A,
yeah, the horoscopes in such books can be quite accurate at some times.

I´m not into old movies cause i mostly seen them when i was younger and am
watching the newer ones at the moment.

BTW, what does the A stand for in your nickname.

Greetings
Btf

Gay marriage has been officialized in Massachusetts. More than
legalized: officialized. Gay marriage in Massachusetts has been made an
official instituion of the state! The Bay State is the Gay State. But,
there's still a whole bunch of little victimless sex laws against
heterosexuals. Satan ain't fair!

Hi Bob

The A doesn't stand for anything. Webtv just requires a last initial.

My first name is the same as another girl in this newsgroup that's why I
use penguin and I used to collect penguins.

I watch a lot of new movies too.

I know about the penguins, but the A made me wonder.

I think i know which girl you mean. Isn´t it the borgs name?

So you´re watching a lot of tv lately, does it mean that you get pension?
I know that neutoleptics can make one very lethargic, but can you do some
hobbies or creative work?

Greetings

Hi Bob

I don't have any hobbies. My job offered me an early retirement.

It is really hot here, too hot to go outside. Right now it is about 110
degrees Farenheit.

What does the Flyer mean?

The flyer is an entity out of the believe system of the Calos Castaneda
cult. It is suppsed to be an anorganic being that eats parts of the
energybody of humans. It´s the cults personal enemy, so am i. That´s why.

Hi Bob

Do you have any hobbies? What are you doing in rehab? I think you
posted it before but I don't remember.

That is interesting about Carlos Castenada (sp?)

Yes, i play guitar and do some craftwork. But the motivation is lacking. For
rehab i do some worktherapy what is more or less doing some easy work, which
will be followed by workrehab.

Yes it was also intersting to me. I was so facinated by the philosophy of CC
that i didn´t realize that it drove me deeper and deeper into psychosis. I
practised the techniques of CC and was lost in the delusions of this
philosophy until there came a psychiatrist along who gave me the book "grist
for the mill" by baba Ram Dass to read. It was like it pulled me out of the
dark into brighter areas of life. The book is mostly about spirituality and
god. Then there started to be this white lights that made me think about the
philosophy of CC, and i realized that ther where to many contradictions in
it, and as CC metioned in one of his books his philosophy must also be
understood by the rational mind. That made me an opponent of the cult of CC.
It´s a long story shortened. That´s it for now.
