Hi Just Me
I just believed in my own potency(in my own forces). Thats it. All the
prayers I did to relieve me did nothing. And I had continious psychoses
every year from 1998 to 2002. Then the voices came ( I had voices before but
I thought they where from god or from the people reading my mind) and it was
terrible. I prayed again and nothing happened. Until I changed my mind and
said "enough with the prayers let Yiannis now do something for his own
good". I think that was subconscious. From 2002 and until 2005 March I think
I had psychotic impulses ( psychoses for 1 to 2 hours or less) and In 2006
January I had just another one because my pdoc cut me the xanax dose to 0,25
mg per day. All this psychotic impulses did get slowly less terrible with
less fear. I remember the first phychotic impulse with shaking and hearing
voices and the fear. Then they slowly changed and I now have some anxiety
attacks from time to time but they are nothing in front of the first
phychotic impulse. Yes I believed in myself my own powers. I'm not shelfish
but I believe in myself to conquer the castle of psychoses. Every day I
struggle with voices and the misinterpretations and until now I win. I use
ofcourse medication but I am willing to beat down this desease. Now some
days are better some days are worse but I think I can win the war. Not only
the battles. I now hear voices too, but the next second after I hear a voice
I tell myself: " Thats your subconscious dude. Nothing more nothing less.
Nothing happens".

Damn i know thi situations so well... i also have this damn
situations... fuckin voices... damn... this means that i have
schizophrenia 2?... damn ... i dont want to... fuck... i always was
strong person... but i make myself weaker when the voices comes- i
think i have voices all the time but in certain situations i am killing
it... i dont know why i have it.... maybe because i was smoking a lot
of marihuana in age when character is beeing created... damn!... now i
see that i have this ilness... maybe something less but still... i am
happy that i dont have phisic-side signs yet(i mean all the
time)...sometimes it just happens when it is really bad.... what is
holding me next to normal people is that i know people that are mine
friends... when i am with them i am feeling normal..(sometimes)... but
for real i have "voices" more often than i dont have it.. but the point
is to realize that these voices are not reality...sometimes its
hard....damn i am student ..why it has happened to me......damn ...
should i meet with some specialist? i dont know... i dont know if i
would be a little 2 proud to talk with someone in real about mine
problems...damn.. if my parents would be smart enough they would seek
for a specialist... but they think that i am only strange sometimes....
i am really covering it good, damn i dont know what i should do now...
should i try to fight it by myself or i should try to take some
meds.... i think i am closer to fight it by myself... i ma good now..
but what will be tommorow ...damn i dont know.. every day is
different..or maybe its not schizophrenia but some weaker ilness

Could it be that God helps those who help themselves? If so, you are doing
what you can for yourself and God is there to guide you.

Hi Just Me

I dont think that god is there to guide me since god gave man its own
thoughs, as the bible says, to guide him. He or she gave as our mind to
think and act. I am not feckless nor a sheep of your god whatever god you
believe.I am the master of myself, and god is not my master.I am not gods
creation, I am my mother's and father's creation. I am spontaneous and I
dont believe in any god guidance. There is a book comming out about atheism

or if you seach it out on amazon search about "Atheist Manifesto: The Case
Against Christianity, Judaism, and Islam" by Michel Onfray a french
philosopher which I recomment you to read. There you will find a lot of
reasons to be an atheist. It gave me more arguments to be an atheist.
