Resume

I went back to college after going on meds. Any advice on what I
should do with my resume now that I'm graduating?

What I think I'm going to do is simply start my work history at the
time I got out of the hospital and if pressed, say that I was
disabled, but now I'm on medication that allows me to work.

Does anyone have any better ideas?
