There over 600 prison camps in the United States, all fully operational

and ready to receive prisoners. They are all staffed and even surrounded
by full-time guards, but they are all empty. These camps are to be
operated by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) should Martial Law
need to be implemented in the United States.

The Rex 84 Program was established on the reasoning that if a mass exodus

of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly
rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA. Rex 84 allowed many
military bases to be closed down and to be turned into prisons.

Operation Cable Splicer and Garden Plot are the two sub programs which

will be implemented once the Rex 84 program is initiated for its proper
purpose. Garden Plot is the program to control the population. Cable
Splicer is the program for an orderly takeover of the state and local
governments by the federal government. FEMA is the executive arm of the
coming police state and thus will head up all operations. The Presidential
Executive Orders already listed on the Federal Register also are part of
the legal framework for this operation.

The camps all have railroad facilities as well as roads leading to and

from the detention facilities. Many also have an airport nearby. The
majority of the camps can house a population of 20,000 prisoners.
Currently, the largest of these facilities is just outside of Fairbanks,
Alaska. The Alaskan facility is a massive mental health facility and can
hold approximately 2 million people.

Chris, did you scroll down to the bottom of that webpage? It's copied and
pasted from the Conspiracy Theory Forum. That doesn't automatically make it
b.s. but makes me wary of believing it just because it says so.

You didn't copy and paste the bottom 4/5 of the webpage, which is what the
part you did copy and paste is based on. It's a piece of writing by someone
identified as Terry Kings. I Googled him but most of the websites his name
appears on are rotten with spyware. He starts by presenting facts and asking
questions, but I have trouble with how he attributes his most damning facts.
The big one is about the railroad cars outfitted with shackles. Because he
doesn't describe the railroad cars, we don't know if they are passenger cars
with seats and dinner trays or like the cattlecars the Nazis used. And all
he says is "we have heard." WHO THE F*** IS "WE?" And how did they hear it,
by interviewing the head of FEMA or by playing the latest rap CD in reverse?

In my opinion your critical reading skills need improvement, and I'm willing
to help.

There's more to it. I just posted in "Twist of Fate". I have
copied and spread this post under the new title "Join the Oppressor?",
and spread it all over forum groups.
THEY have planned to used these concentration camps for "profaners
of the sacred myseries", any of us who have stumbled upon THEIR secrets,
knolwedge of our own bodies. We haven't got the right to know certain
things about our own bodies! This is where the tag "schizophrenia"
rounds us all up.
THEY have made attempts to elimnate our human rights with
attempted constitutional conventions, that would eliminate our
Constitution, and by ignoring rights guaraneed in our Constitution, like
protections against ex post facto action and bills of attainder, and
thus to render our Consittution and ignored antiquity.
The best thing we can do is to spread everything we know, now.
THEY'LL never have enough concentration camps to imprison all the
American people.

Traveling through the West I saw some of these concentration
camps. It looks like THEY have gas chambers. The gasses THEY use are not
nice, They are acetylcholinesterase blockers which cause excruciatingly
painful muscle cramps and spasms. But THEY do say,"Profaners of the
Sacred Mysteries are worthy of all punishments", don't THEY? I don't
think THEY are going to refrain from medical experimentation. Better get
those secrets out!
