Putting schizophrenics and psychopaths in the same sentnece,
"schizophrenics
& criminals", is like saying "Jews & perverts". Millions of people,
supposedly
dangerous people, are insulted.

Many years ago, when it came to choosing between the two,
schizophrenics or criminals, for extra benefits, either our VA day
psychiatric treatment center patients could have received computer
training or Walpole state prison inmates. THEY chose to serve the
convicts rather than us schizophrenics.

They are not morally obligated to support ex-cons, but, they are
morally obligated to support ex-mental patients who can't make it.
Ex-mental patients who can't make it without support end up back in the
hospital, which costs much more that the financial support of an out
patient, so that they only economically burdened their own system.

Also, the VA had educational support. I applied to a school for
computer training in 1968 and was accepted. The VA refused. I feel that
I could have been another Bill Gates, or started a Google or an
Amazon.com. I don't know what it was with their refusal of any computer
training for the mentally disabled, but I feel I could have made it. My
favorite thing is the internet. I have learned to type about 60 words a
minute by using the internet. But, I can't afford a computer or a lap
top. I use this WebTV whenever I can.

Ain't it the way. But, remember that happened in Massachusetts.
Things which work alright in other states are just as bad as everthing
else in Massachusetts.
And it supports the group spirit ("demon" in Greek) theory that
many recent immigrants to Massachusetts get possessed with the
Massachusetts group spirit and become tyranical nit picking Mass Souls.

principalities."
