Default skin too sensitive? (schizophrenia? Caffeine intoxication?)

Do any of you know anything about what would cause increased sensation
all over the body. For instance, I sometimes feel like my skin is too
sensitive and I feel pleasure on all of the skin on my body.

I take wellbutrin, abilify, and caffeine/coffee.

The feelings are similar to when I was overdosing on caffeine pills (up
to 11 nodoz pills) before.

Thus, I reckon it is because of caffeine and not because of
schizophrenia(what do you think?). However, is it because of the
dopamine production that caffeine causes to be produced or does caffeine
affect something else that would cause this?

I took a motrin to help me, and I also took some another dose of
abilify. I am not sure which one, but one of the two helped decrease the
symptoms. What is the medical term for this disorder? When I have it, I
have difficulty staying awake because I want the sensations to go away
and cannot deal with pleasure all over my skin; it is overwhelming.

I don't get pleasure, but I do have something similar to akathisia where I
feel sensation in my limbs similar to what you describe.

The skin sensitivity is probably due to hypomania you are probably
schizoaffective. The mania you have will probably express itself as
erotomania, which is OK if you have a partner, risky if you have or work
around children. The best bet is to vow to stay with your partner
faithfully, she will probably hang around for the wild sex life.

Have fun, but resist temptations, even if you escape prison your
sense of guilt will be a punishment in it's own right, if you act
immorally.

The best way to keep out of trouble is avert your eyes from the opposite
sex and avoid porn. You are at risk, and may need mood stabalisers,
lithium can shoot your thyroid so ask for an anticonvulsant.

Lamotragine has the best side effect profile, but as it is new on
the list of mood stabilisers, your doctor has to be fairly genned up.
