I am too tired today to post anything, can't even think of decent
replies

Went home early from work because I felt so lousy.

Slept for another five or six hours.

Tired tired tired.

Maybe I should go to all the hassles of getting my thyroid medicine
again. I am supposed to take thryroid medicine but I'm not because the
county health clinic where I go for health care makes getting things
done a big hassle and I have ignored it.

Tired.

Good night.

Unless I can't sleep now I will probably not post any replies to
anything else.

hope that you feel better after some rest. some days i feel lousy too,
but mostly it's cos of what i done.

Thank you. You have a lot of guilt over something? That's a tough one.
Makes you hate yourself. I'm sorry. Hope you find a way to deal with

I tried synthroid, many year ago. I became angry with my boss at work. The
next day I apologized to him and actually told him that I had taken a
thyroid pill the day before.

For me, thyroid meds were as bad as way too much coffee.
