Weather

It is 10 degrees Celcius down here during the day and the sun
is shining, finally an end to all the rain we had the last month.
In the night the water turns into ice and in the daytime it is
melting quite quickly. So much for the weather in the Netherlands.
Oh yeah, because of the hot winter I will get a lot back from
my energy bill next month. That means shopping !!!!

Hi Berty,,,

sounds like the weather we had here in england, thought it would never stop
raining....

I do miss the winter snow though, we just don't get it like we used to.
it looks for all the world like jack frost is on the lam.

Hi Zerosky,

Yeah, I also miss the snow and the ice-skating, long time ago
since we had that. A few days cold in December last year, but no
snow and too thin ice to skate. Maybe next year, who knows?

Today my girlfriend takes the flight to Spain so I will be bored a lot
and probably a lot on this site (google), I think I will use this
thread to
make it a very long thread with all the nonsense I can think of .

I got the report by sms that my girlfriend safely landed in
Spain and is now on her way to the hotel.

She left at 2pm and it is now almost 8pm.

I spend the entire afternoon in bed.

I finally did the dishes half an hour ago.

There is nothing on tv this evening and all my buddies
have something to do for this evening so this is going to be
a long night ahead of me.

It won't be long before I say goodbye to my p-doc and move
to my family doc for prescribing my meds. I saw a p-doc
regularly for the last 13 years since 1995 when I had my
first and last breakdown. I was in hospital for 3 months in
1995 and 2 months day treatment after which I started
working full time again for alsmost 7 years. Now I haven't
worked for 6 years now.

I used to have a social psychiatric nurse who I saw once
a month but I stopped with the nurse a year ago and had
not needed him since then. I guess the nurse goes with
the package you have here in mental health organisations.

I used to frequent an activity centre to meet fellow mental
patients and have something to do and I attended it for
quite some years from 2001 till 2005. Since then I only
drop by for a quick visit and some coffee and a siggy.
When I will be going to the family doc for meds then I am
also forbidden to visit the activity centre but I don't really
care.

When you are very closed like I am with my girlfriend you
don't really need friends anymore, they are in a way, a
obligation to visit.

I just noticed I didn't shave yet, a thing for my to do list.

I think I am going to watch a dvd now.

To continue my monologue, what shall I talk about
next?

I was reading Jan Arends, he is really into sz and things
and the first story was called Beetman and is about a
guy who is in a crazy house because he is crazy that is
what sz is mainly about , being totally crazy and things
and at the end of the story he is kicked out of the crazy
house and then is in the streets and can't cope and then
after all they let him in the nut house again and he is
very grateful. Very funny if you read it and gives you a
good insight into the delusions of a sz and his viewpoints
of the world.

I think I am going to have a siggy again.

I woke up relatively early but got in bed again and slept
for another hour. I slowly get awake, with some orange juice
not coffee yet and it is 10:30pm, still in my pyama's.

I already had contact with my gf in Spain this morning, they
gave her an hotel room instead of an appartment, must be some
mix up, she is working on correcting the mistake.

I am listening to Lenard Cohen music. His dark voice goes on
an on in this room, with a little sad, holy sentement.

Thank god there are no dishes this morning.

One moment, have to light a siggy.

Yes what shall I do today? It is saterday, the day to visit some
relatives, might do that. Maybe walk through the busy shopping
streets later in the afternoon, perhaps... visit a friend, a definate
maybe.

I have to think of Daniel Urtez how he flooded the group with all his
postings, that was long ago, i think he had cancer and wanted to make
a difference...

Just thinking about the fact that I have absolutely no symptoms of
schizophrenia with my medication cisordinol (clopixol in the states)
unless the fact that I sleep 10 hours a day, which is not bad
considering
the fact that you have such an lot of free time.

I just love cisordinol, maybe the best med I have ever tried, just 3
pills
of 10mg and you sleep like a baby and have a clear head during the
day.
