The people that do that crap are sick and twisted. We have laws here
in the US to track these people, but if a pedophile wants to do
something, he is going to do it regardless.
How come it only seems like guys do the overwhelming majority of this
stuff? Does it somehow stem from their childhood experiences?

It's my opinion that not only guys do it. It just makes the news if it's
a guy. An man molesting a young girl or boy is seen as disgusting and
harmful, but if it's a woman, it's viewed very differently, especially
if the woman is attractive.

That may be a general consensus, but in my view, whomever is the
criminal, be it male or female - attractive or not, its still wrong. I
don't think it should be viewed differently, tho in this world, you
never know.

I can't even remember the last time I heard of a woman doing
this..Then again, maybe my head is in the sand.

Just two days ago, a woman was arrested for soliciting sex from an
undercover officer online posing as a freakin' 5 year old! Now that's
sick. I've also heard a lot of news stories of female teachers having
sex with students.
