Miss you all! I'm doing fine! I actually got up in church last week
(in front of 300+ people) and talked about quitting and how I've done
it. You all were right there with me! Couldn't have done it without
you! Thanks! To all you new quitters....I promise, it does get easier!

I quit smoking 7 Months, 1 week and 6 days ago. By not smoking 3,841
cigarettes, I have saved $756.68.
I quit on January 23, 2007 at 10:45am.

those 7 lovely months smobriety you have earned so far!

seconds. 4151 cigarettes not smoked, saving $1,245.12. Life saved: 2
weeks, 9 hours, 55 minutes.
