1 month 1 day Sober!

Hey All!

It's been 1 month, 1 day since I've quit smoking completely and I FEEL
GREAT!!!! It's so amazing the past week I DONT THINK MY SKIN HAS
LOOKED AND FELT THIS CLEAR IN YEARS and I'm 28! It's so silkly, looks
clean and fresh even after only 1 month I noticed a big difference in
those "smoker lines" on the facial skin. JUST AMAZING! I feel very
good, breath good, smell well and HATE CIGGS!!!

Yay for you Anna - you go girl. You are only 28 years old - just a baby!

I can tell you that if you take a T. of flaxseed oil a day, eat fresh
ground flax seed in your oatmeal a few mornings per week, eat fish 2x
per week, eat 3 bowls of miso soup per week (because it will bring
alkalinity to your blood) - you will have the skin of a goddess at 70+

I picked a bunch of the above ideas up just listening to the John Tesh
radio show here in VT. He also has a blog that you can subscribe to

Cheerios and I am glad to have found your post here this morning!
