Default 3-years quit

I have been smoke free for 3 years, 1 hour and 38 minutes!

My blood pressure used to be in the range of 165-175 over 90-95 when I
smoked - today it was 111/65.

I used to cough up 'stuff' every morning for more than an hour - now I
exercise for an hour every morning.

It used to take me an hour and a half to mow my lawn, then another hour
or so to recover. Now it takes 45-minutes total! Then I work out for
30-minutes afterward.

I used to avoid sex with my wife. Now.....well....lets just say she had
better be ready to go at a moments notice.

I used to smell like an ashtray........now.... I don't.

Good luck to all!

Just DO IT!
