Default 4 years smokefree

I am running around with my head cut off today but I had to stop in and
shout from the rooftops that I AM CELEBRATING MY 4 YEARS SMOKEFREE!!!!!
Although I do not get a spanking new letters to add to my sig line I am
adding a + after my VOF .

I want to be able to give the perfect speech that would rally the troops and
keep you all smokefree and to make this journey for you all a bit easier, be
the shining star to show you the way but I figure you are all the stars
yourself and you need this journey to be tough, nothing worth having comes
easy. Every person here ahead of you shows you it can be done ,just hang on
a bit longer and you will get there.

I won't repost my past milestone speeches but I stand behind every word (
even the star-trek stuff) might be some stuff I rather forget ( to say the
least) but that is part of my journey I can't deny that.
I can tell you today that I did think about smoking it wasn't a crave, it
wasn't a want, it was more of a "I used to do that and now I don't"... for 4
freaking years!!!! and I had to stop what I was doing come and share it with
you. smoking is no longer part of my life, in fact quitting is no longer
part of my life. I just have my life... and oops it is calling me ( sounds
just like a hubby saying "are you ready now?" 2 boys looking for.... don't
want to know really what they lost, and 2 dogs acting up before a storm....
give me 5 mins ok?" oops 5 mins is up.

should of uploaded slikquit to show off my meter but it has been:

4 years 4 hours and 30 mins, saving my life and thousands of dollars,

And so are we, on your behalf.
Nicest thing I've seen in a while, Lynn.
4 years? Why I remember you when you were just a baby quitter...
(How soon they grow up...!) Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!

Woo Hoo Lynn! VOF+ is one hell of a sweet spot to get to! Thank you
for all the hard work you put into keeping AS3 the friendly sort of
place it is. Your insights are almost always helpful and interesting
and I've enjoyed getting to know you over this past year. May we both
have many more!

Now, do sit back and enjoy as the Original Yodeling Gnomes are heading
your way with Horace the Huffing Hogg to sing songs of smobriety to
help you celebrate your advancement to the more elite tubs of fair
house of smobriety!
