| | | 5-4-3-2-1 Well, folks, I'm sitting here at my PC five months since I first
posted to the NG. That posting was to announce that I had just
finished my final sickerette and was getting on the smober bandwagon.
It's been an interesting five months and I look forward to each new
day knowing it's another day's notch on my smober belt. I have to say
that I feel better and more energized since quitting. I know I smell
better and I love being free from worrying about having my 'fix' with
me all the time. Thank all of you who have been so helpful during
this journey. A special hug goes to my great quit buddy, Joyce. I
helped her get smober nearly 10 years ago and she's been my back since
I reappeared here in February. I look forward to seeing more and more
postings from all of you, especially you who are just getting here as
I do love to know that more of us are keeping on.

Mike, I have been trying to get to this post all day! It is catch up on AS3
day, and I saved this one till the end, to make you sweat! LOL
You are a true blue friend, Mike. The support you give to one and all, and
with such a positive light is beyond belief. Thank you for being a big part
of my AS3 family. I love you. Steve loves you too, but don't tell Ric.
Congratulations of Five fabulous months smokfree, and a lifetime more of
milestones to come. Woo Hoo!!!
Hugs and kisses

| | | Re: 5-4-3-2-1 Sarah & Steve! What a sweet ending to the list of congrats I've
received. I've been around AS3 for over 10 years at different times
and I have to say that the mood here is always encouraging and
uplifting. Both of you are really great role models for all of us
and certainly for us who are less smober and still hanging on at
times. I especially love it when I run into one or both of you in
chat -- with or without the Gnomes! LOL
