7 Months today

Just an update to let you know I am still smober, after 7 months.

Still get the ocassional thought of smoking, but thats all it is a
thought rather than a crave.

If I can do it, anyone can do it!

I have been quit for 7 Months, 3 Weeks, 3 Days, 14 hours and 22 minutes (237
days). I have saved $522.71 by not smoking 475 cigars. I have saved 1 Day,
15 hours and 35 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 11/15/2007 10:00 PM
