To All

I have had problems for a few days with the server.Not sure what the problem
was bit it seems to have resolved itself.Kept getting over and over teh nag
screen that asks for name an password. I kept clicking it and it kept
comeing back. I was unable until today to downloae new messages.
I have seen all the threads to me,and I am touched by everyones concern and
care. Really.
I will set a new quit date and start again.
not sure when. I had gone and spent 80 bucks on nrt,so i cant let them go
to waste now can I LOL.
I appeciate all the posts,the tough ones as well as the gentler ones. I
will try to anser as may as I can.

Welcome back Becky Whenever you feel, now it the time, then just
quit. Don't think about a quit date too much. That would be more like
looking at pending doom. The best time to quit is always now. There's
never going to be a perfect time. If you wait for that, you will
always keep running into excuses not to.

Repeat after me, roughly 10,000 times, while looking in the mirror. "I
can do this, I _am_ worth this!" You don;t have to quit forever..
Just do not smoke the next! ;-)

If I were you, I wouldn't hesitate about giving up the habit of
breathing in poisonous smoke; you'll find the fiendish demon will keep
slipping you the most convincing excuses and reasons for just having
one more, then one more day more, then .. well, need I go on.
You have to just throw the packet away, make sure there are no
cigarettes in the house, and set about sending that demon packing!
I kicked the hell out of mine, but as a lady, you might not want to do
such an unladylike thing!
But take it from me, he's not as unbeatable as you might think, and as
I used to think.
