Almost 3 weeks with a shitstick

Hard to believe . seems not that long ago that I stubbed out my last coffin
nail. yet it will be 3 weeks tomorrow at this time. I notice by my meter
that I smoked approximately 1000 cigs every 3 weeks . damn thats a lot of
fucking smoking! stick a smokestack on my head and call me a chimney !!
I ran out of lozenges,so now I am using my patches. we will see how it
goes. if worse comes to worse I can alwayss get more. One thing I WILL not
do is get cigarettes!
