Default Another month bites the dust!!!

Today means I have managed to stop smoking for 5 months!!!!

The only time I tend to get craves now is extreme emtotions, and the
occasional thought.
But do you know what? I feel for the first time ever I could live
with that for the rest of my life!

For all the beginners stick with it, it DOES get better (I never
belived it to start with, but I trusted this group!)

Thanks to all in this group for all the support!

Congratulations on getting to MMMMM,bozzzza! You are so right that
the longer one stays smober the better it gets! Keep on keeping on
and discover how that becomes even more true the longer you are
smober!

Now, do sit back and enjoy as a Quintet from The Original Yodeling
Gnomes are heading your way with Horace, the Huffing Hogg to sing
songs of smobriety to help you celebrate this wonderful milestone!

I'm impressed and envious! And once again, I think, Hell, if all these
people can stick it out, so can I.
I'm on my fortieth day without a smoke.
