Default Another Smokefree Day Completed

Had a nice day today! Didnt have to work. the flatulance is getting on my
nerves though. It happens at the most inconvenient times, like out in public.
How long before it goes away and what causes it? I dont use a lot of NRT
,just a few lozenges a day. What can I do to stop it? Id hate for the libido
phase to kick in while the flatulant phase is still active.

Woo Hoo Becky!!! You are doing great! I can't answer the flatulence
question, as mine hasn't ended yet, but that may just be me! LOL

Hey Becky...me too! I think it's the gum that I'm chewing that creates
the gas....we swallow little pockets of air when we chew gum or
lozenges. It can be very embarrassing. Never was much of a gum chewer
until I quit....need it for a while more then I predict the flatulence
will be gone......

LOL. Well not really. But I guess I can find ways to use it to my
advantage.Rude customers, a smoker standing right next to me, my husband
pissing me off. the possibilities are endless.
