Well, it's National No-Smoking Day here in the UK, and also Budget Day. The
Chancellor has put tax up on cigarettes by £0.11 for 20 (about 22 US cents
per pack, for left-pondians). There never was a better time to stop smoking.

If you are lurking here, thinking about it, you have come to the right
place. Whatever aids you use to help you, you'll find lots of support here.
I would not have got to 18 months quit if it hadn't been for the sage advice
from the folks in AS3.
