Default Back to square one! :-) UK

Hi all,

Well I am back again - Managed to quit for a year (minus 1 week) last time
and blew it last October. I have taken the plunge again after 8 miserable
stinking smoking months and hope not to mess up this time.

Anyway, nice to see you all - some of the names I recognise from last quit.

---------------------------------
Not had a fag for 1 Day, 23 hours, 51 minutes and 38 seconds (1 days). I
have saved £10.54 by not smoking 43 cigarettes. My Quit Date: 04/06/2007

Hi Mickey,

Welcome back! It's great having a place to come back to isn't it? I quit
once years ago for a little over 2 years, then blew it late one nite in a
fit of anger/frustration. It took me 20 years to finally get my "will" back
to quit. No more flirting with temptation, no more not being focused when
it comes to cigs with me. So glad you made it back here sooner than I did!
Congratulations and may you have smooth sailing!

Sandy

I have said "NO!" to being seduced by smoking for 3 Years, 1 Month, 2 Days,
21 hours and 47 minutes (1,128 days). I have saved $12,643.76 by not smoking
79,023 cigarettes, but spent it all on various NRP's. I have saved 8
Months, 4 Weeks, 1 Day, 9 hours and 15 minutes of my life. My Quit Date was

Welcome back, Mickey. Need I say - remember, there's no such thing as
just one?
Be strong and be stubborn. If you really want this quit to work, it
will.

Hi
Nice one !! Nice to have you aboard !! Oddly enough I busted a 10
month quit back in late 2004. 9 months later I was back full to the
limit with the stinking, shitty, waste of my fucking time, energy
sapping, malaise inducing things.. (oh... book that in as a mini rant)
thankfully I woke up and smelt the decaf.
Good Luck
Chris

Hi
Yes Mickey keep reading and posting as Summer says and in my

Seriously that's the best advice I could give a prospective father I
remember my wife pregnant, she was very emotional the slightest thing
set her off. Maybe different for others ?
