Default Back on the trail again...

It's that time of year again! Enough of the white stuff is gone so that
I can hit the mountains again (I'm not brave enough yet to do winter
hiking.)

Last week I took my SO's 14 yo daughter on a hike up Mt. Pemigewasset.
My first hike of the year. I did Mt Pemi last year but I thought it
would be a good first hike for her. It felt really good that after nine
months of not smoking, I can do better than a 14 yo!!!

I have not smoked in 9M 2W 6D 5h 11m. That's 295 days! I have not used
any nicotine at all since 9/03/2007.

What a wonderful thing to do. Glad your weather is good for hiking
and that you found such an agreeable companion.
