Default Better Day

Not once today did i want to smoke!!Not even one time. Went out and bought
another box of lozenges,as a way to reaffirm that I do indeed intend on
staying off the cigarettes.Fuck it,I will quit using them when I quit using
them. I aint gonna worry abut it right now. My goal was to quit smoking and
I have done that.To me that is what matters.not smoking. no matter
what.under no circumstances.
Becky
Two months, one week, one day, 1 hour, 19 minutes and 9 seconds. 3452
cigarettes not smoked, saving $321.11. Life saved: 1 week, 4 days, 23 hours,

I'd rather be 45 wishing I could smoke,than 65 and wishing I hadn't

I think this makes sense, get a bit more time under your belt before you
try without your NRT. I am sure *you* will know when *you* are ready.

Quitting smoking is easy. *Staying* quit is tough. Becky, you are
doing it!! Your positive attitude is terrific.

Yes Becky!
Good for you~
Just remember with the gum you are only getting nicotine which really is not
what hurts your body~
It is the other 2,000+ chemicals that are harmful and you are not getting
any of that with the gum~
You are not having all kinds of harmful shit pass your airways and going
into your lungs!
I say you made a great decision!!!
Way To Go Becky!!!!!
