Default Big Day For Me!

Ninety days! Allow me to repeat; ninety days!!! I always had trouble
going ninety minutes without a smoke. Nine hours and I thoght the
world might come to an end. I never even went nine days without
medication or patches. Ninety freakin' days, woo hoo!!!

I also stopped drinking soda pop. I figured I would probably gain
weight so cut out something that was purely not good for me. Instead I
now drink mineral water with dinner and special snacks.
http://www.aquamaestro.com/step1.asp is a web site that has many
brands of mineral water with a description of each. As my sense of
taste returns I am able to enjoy the subtle differences in the taste
of the waters. I wouldn't order water on-line because of the high
shipping costs. I have tried like fifteen of the waters on the site
and a couple of extras that aren't there. It is kind of exciting going
to different super markets to see what new mineral water I can find. I
have divided the mineral waters into three types; everyday, nice and
special. What the heck, it's refreshing, taste good and is good for
me. Besides, what else am I going to do with all the money I am
saving?

I have been quit for 2 Months, 4 Weeks, 1 Day, 2 hours, 58 minutes and
39 seconds (90 days). I have saved $306.41 by not smoking 1,802
cigarettes. I have saved 6 Days, 6 hours and 10 minutes of my life. My

Woo Hoo Wilma! 90 days smober is exciting and wonderful. You are so
right about switching to water as part of your smobriety efforts as
too many of us sublimate our oral fixations by eating foods that are
fattening when taken in excess. Keep on kicking butt and you will
find it only gets better!

Now, sit back and enjoy as The Original Yodeling Gnomes are heading
your way along with Horace, the Huffing Hogg, to help you celebrate
this milestone.

5 weeks, 19 hours, 25 minutes.

Congratulations, Wilma - on the 90 days down and also on giving up
soda. Both bad things.
