Becky - How cool is that. Just do it "one day at a time". Pretty easy;
just don't get derailed, cause it's easy to do.
Hugs,
Pam

hi Pam!!Im pretty grateful that I have not started justifying smoking this
time around. I have made no attempt to talk myself into smoking again, like I
usually do.It is usually within a few short days or in some cases ,hours,of
quitting. My determination is solid this time around.

Hi Sarah!!
I had eggs benedict. Yum!! Sorry you are on a limited diet. you will be
back to your old self in no time. On the bright side, isnt it grand that you
didnt have to risk a dry socket or making it bleed more by smoking? I know
that every time I had a tooth pulled, they would say not to smoke for 24
hours. I was like, fuck that!!!! Id light up the minute I left the office!.
Ever try smoking a cigarette when you are shot full of novocaine?
Becky
One month, four days, 22 hours, 20 minutes and 35 seconds. 1746 cigarettes
not smoked, saving $162.43. Life saved: 6 days, 1 hour, 30 minutes.

I LOVE Eggs Benedict!! The tooth is much better, I had to go back for a
bone chip sticking out of my gum that was cutting up my tongue, but it is
almost all healed up. I never waited after having a tooth pulled either,
but it didn't happen very often, cos I was avoiding dentists. It seemed
pointless to take care of my health when I was smoking. And I was also too
cheap to fix my teeth. Novocaine smokes....glad I won't have to do that
again

Hugs

Sarah
