Oy partner, I read you! Barely though, I had grilled trout for dinner
and my tummy is *exploding*. Not frozen trout, not supermarket trout,
but trout that was still alive in the trout farm pond this morning.
Now I can't wait to lie down, read a few pages of my book then doze
off in this mid summer afternoon. Ah, life is good! I have no lawn to
mow and if I had I would get 2 sheep. Free mowing, free fertilizing
and free milk!
All automatic too, like a free roaming vacuum cleaner that vacuums
when needed then parks it's ass in the corner and recharges.

4WD is Four weeks done.

You are not invisible. Though sometimes I think it would be cool to
have that ability.
I had what seemed to be a rather lengthly period early in my quit
where I would have debilitating panic attacks, there are mild
medications available to help keep these in check, I made use of them
for a while and now feel that I no longer need them. Though I always
have some at hand, I have not had to take any for months now.

FMD TONIGHT?!!!! Holy COW! Now that is a reason for celebration! I
hope you are proud of your self, getting to where you are is not easy.
Pat your self on the back and let everybody else do the same.
Keep going, you're doing great!

Hey dude, I felt like that a week ago. I got off my recliner and went

Steve! Hang in there! You are doing great with your quit. I
strongly suspect the anxiety is due to the fact that your work has
slacked off and that can be scary when you are just scrapping by. I
certainly can relate to that. I'm on disability and it's really an
effort to do much more than pay the basic bills and have food to eat.
I have had some extra money since I quit smoking but still it is no
easy street. While you did get your answer to 4WD, I think that there
is a place in quitbuddies that has all of the abbreviations we use.

I do hope you post when you get to FMD so the Gnomes will know to come
visit you and, trust me, when that happens you know you are smober!
