| | | checkin in old buddies! Here's an encouraging post for the newbies, a catching-uppingly post for all
my Quitbuddies (still quit I hope) and some inspiration for the quitters
either wanting to quit, or in the process.........
Well it can be done. I did it once (on day one) then I did it again, (on
day 2) and then I did it some more (on day 3)....... then I *kept on* doing
it!
Now, Ive done it!
I'm some years down the road, I dont even remember how many, my meter does
tho.....
All I can offer is this:
Keep on keeping on, don't go near 'The Edge' and take all you need and leave
the rest....
So it really isnt that difficult, it can be done, it has been doing, I'm
still doing it and enjoying doing it.
All best wishes to all my quit friends!
From the UK,
Waving and jumping up and downingly to everyone across the world..
Stay strong, it gets easier and easier1
(honest)
Strong vibes to you all.......
(droppingin-ingly)
