Default Checking In

Hi all,

I just wanted to drop by and say "Hi". Since Google newsgroups have
apparently gone tits up, I can't really read & post like I'd like. I
did configure my email account at home for newsgroups, but I don't
really like the format. I guess I'll just lay low until Google is
back up.

I wanted to let everyone know that my shitty morning turned out to be
a shitty day all around. When I got home from work, I decided to lay
down for a few minutes because I felt so wrung out. I fell asleep and
almost missed handbell practice. I got there on time, but forgot my
reading glasses, so I was sightless reading (as opposed to sight
reading).

But, there are two things that came out of the day that were good.
One was that I didn't smoke. The other is that I realized (or
remembered, I guess) that even people who don't smoke have shitty
days. Not smoking wasn't the (main) reason it sucked and smoking
wouldn't have made it any better. Thanks for the good thoughts you
sent!

Cheers,
Rob

Hi Rob! Yes, it is very frustrating that Google is having a hissy fit with
our NG. With all their damn $$$ you would think they could fix this
pronto!

But, yes, you are right. Having a shitty day has nothing to do with
smoking or not smoking. And being smober, at least, you don't have that
crap going on as well.
