Had a banging headache last night so I came home from work and went to bed.
And because of that, I missed this:

I quit smoking 5 Months, 12 hours, 49 minutes and 47 seconds (151 days) ago.
I have not smoked 2,273 cigarettes, banking £486.97 and adding 1 Week, 21
hours and 25 minutes to my life. Quit Date: 12-Jan-07 22:00

Not too shabby eh? Do I qualify for a superhero costume now Jef? Or
assless chaps? LOL

Josh is doing really well, physically MUCH better!!
I am doing much better. Work is insane, but productive.
Penny and I are doing lots better now that my treatment for ADD has started.
I am also a MUCH better, nicer, calmer mommy.

I can think and focus again, which has removed 90% of my frustration.
Temper flashes are practically gone, and I am not smoking!
Not even tempted!!!
Oh, and weigh-in tomorrow is going to be good! I've lost 16 pounds,
with 14 more to go!

see... a maternity superhero outfit that's got assless chaps, the cape and
mask, and is made of that special, comfortable Spandex that'll stretch as
