I have been quit for 3 Years, 4 Months, 1 Week, 6 Days, 2 hours, 33
minutes and 51 seconds
(1,230 days).

I have saved $6,396.54 by not smoking 15,991 cigarettes.

I have saved 1 Month, 3 Weeks, 4 Days, 12 hours and 35 minutes of my
life.

My Quit Date: 8/23/2004 8:00 AM

1,230 days -- jeepers creepers.

I don't think about smoking any more -- just the pride of success and
the happiness of Freedom.

Ride out the rough days -- they'll pass. But the sense of Pride will
stay with you forever.

I'm just about to start baking too!

A reg'lar loaf and some sandwhich rolls and maybe some dinner rolls
for dinner (beercan chicken, scalloped 'tators and veggies).

I suspect Huffing Horace isn't too fussy about what he eats eh? :-D
