Keep up the good work April - and remember to always POST HERE if you
get a stealthy thought that could possibly lead you in a different
direction. Make this place your saving grace!

I was just thinking about you the other day, no shit. So how have you
been? POST HERE EVERY DAY NO MATTER WHAT got it? Don't forget as that's
the most important thing. Post a hundred times a day if that's what you
gotta do to stay quit. Just don't smoke.

April, you know how bad these first few days can be. God knows,
you've done them enough times. You also know that you are eventually
going to quit. So, since I'm sure you don't want to go through these
awful days again, just make sure that this is the quit that sticks.
We are on your side. We want you to succeed. You want to succeed. A
perfect combination!!

Hi April!

So good to see you back, I was thinking of you the other day. I just read
your earlier post about the patch falling off, I had the same damn
problem until I went to the drugstore, (day 2) and bought some heavy duty
surgical tape. I taped around all four edges, good and stuck! I found the
clear patches fell off easier. You would *think* this would be a
maunfacturing priority, that and nicotine. Oh well, I made it regardless.
You will too!

Take Care,
Tracy.
I quit smoking November 18/2006.
I have been quit 10M+.
