A year and 6 months ago I stopped smoking--Pall Mall Golds at 5.50 per
pack, 1.5 packs a day..My quit was easy and painless.

Woo Hoo Evan! It's always a delight to see an OF posting yet another
milestone! 18 months really ROCKS and I do plan to get there in about
7 months. <G>

I am also proud to say I have just made it through my first week -

I've done this so many times I guess!!!
That said believe me I am celebrating!!!!!
