Default Full Strength Chantix - feeling yuck

Yesterday, I doubled up on the .5 ml because I was feeling so good. I
was sorry after I did it, because I felt yucky all day. In fact,
layed on the couch most of the day.

I thought it might have been from taking 2 of the .5's and too much
got into my system. But, today, I took the 1mg and feel like cr*p.

I sure hope I get used to this really fast, because I have to go to
work on Monday...

On the positive side... I don't feel like smoking, mostly because I'm
feeling so cr*ppy. I have about 3/4 of a pack left and I'm done.

If you're firm in your decision that you're done take the 3/4 pack and
give it a really good bath or shower in the sink. Destroy every
single stink stick, ashtray, lighter and matches in your home & car.

I didn't use Chantix so I can't comment on it, but I can comment on
getting rid of absolutely anything/everything that could tempt you.

Hang on tight, Kathy, You CAN do this. You really really can.

Kathy, did you take the meds with food? Several folks have written of
stomach distress and that was the factor. I always had my Chantix
while I was having breakfast [usually coffee & generic cherrios w/
milk] and it went down fine. Do take it easy though and if you feel
like sleeping, go for it. Your body is about to heal and needs as
much sleep as you can give it!

I hope you feel better soon, Kathy! I second what Bessie Bee says. Get rid

I'm sorry to hear that you are feeling sick. I don't have any
experience with Chantix, but have read you need to take it with food
or it can make you really punky. Also, isn't it time to get rid of
that 3/4 pack? They will just TALK to you if you have them
around..... Good luck! Stephanie
