I do this several times a day, and by God it feels bloody good....
No plastic tube-oxygen thing clipped to my nose, thank you very much!

I won't easily forget that morning I could hardly breathe and was unable
to even walk. Forty cigarettes a day did that to me....I'll not forget that
easily.
