Default Hell Week Is Over!!!!!

I did it!! I made it thru the first week without smoking. It has been tough
as hell at times. So many times I have wanted to say fuck it and go get a
pack.my desire to stay smokefree has stopped me.Someone left a pack and a
lighter in one of the lockers at work a few days ago. and they were so
tempting at times today. But thanks to my trusty lozenges I didnt do it. I
hope it gets easier form this point on. Im tired of practically obsessing
about shitsticks. I want to be comfortable in this quit and I want it to
last.
Becky

CONGRATULATIONS BECKY!!!
Look at it as Heaven Week.
Hell is when you're smoking. Just think of putting another cigarette to your
lips as sucking on another little piece of your hell.

For this and the last 10 or 15 quits... I wish you the blessing of eternal
QUIT.

:-p~~~~~~~ Keven
Don't ever forget why you quit.

Well stop biting the leather long enough to go get a steak to celebrate,

You've evidently relearned how to do things without smoking by now.
That is what finishing hell weak mean to me, anyway.

Becky this is just GREAT! I feel like I have relived week 1 with you,

don't think I would have it in me to do again, and I thank you for
making this plain to me. Now go celebrate! (a steak sounds great!)

Yes, the first two weeks are just awful, but you've made it this far,so
you can go on. And I can tell you, having just reached the sixth week,
it gets better each day. I no longer want to smoke, in fact if I was
given a cigarette now, I'd find it a strange object and would not
really know what to do with it!
So hang on and before you know it, you'll be looking back and wondering
just why you put a paper tube in your mouth and set it alight and breathed
in the smoke. A really weird thing to do, when you think about it, eh?
