Default Here I am

A delightful surprise to see your post checking on my wellbeing.
A big hug to you all, I really appreciated it.

I have made day four and eight hrs. all right.

I am now checking the various situations when a cigarette would have been a
MUST just a short time ago.

I went out last night and felt a little spaced out, clumsy and found
difficult to concentrate but
I was with real good friends who where attentive and nice, this helped and I
believe that this feeling is going to
go eventually. Few cravings today, and felt rather irritable (the bad
weather partly responsible for it), I was also tired and
didn't feel like doing much at home, so I had a longer nap in the afternoon.

At the moment I am managing rather well and, as you suggested, I don't
intend to give in.

With all my best wishes.

E

It's a great life if you don't weaken.
Congratulations on your 4 days. Your head will clear. That's a

Good to see you E. That describes me the past week: "spaced out and
clumsy" (but smoke-free)

Phil
I haven't smoked in 1 Week, 6 hours, 20 minutes and 17 seconds and
that means that the TC and the taxman didn't get $36.31 of my money.
The TC gets to keep 145 cigarettes and I can be smug about it for an
extra 12 hours and 5 minutes.

Excellent Eleonora! You are doing great. Taking naps did help me a
lot in the beginning and do remember your body is going through a
shitload of changes, so when you feel 'strange' realize this is part
of the quit. It does get better soon and you 'll be soooo glad you
have chosen smobriety!
