Holy Crap.. THREE YEARS!!!!

I know I have been away, but just realized that at 5:37pm tonight, I will
hit 3 years!!! Hard to believe that such a milestone could almost be
forgotten!

I wish I could say that I no longer have the occasional craving, but that
nicodemon still raises his head from time to time.. but my advice to the
new people is to just keep at it till it sticks!!

It does I've even gotten to the point where breathing somebody else
smoke doesn't bother me the way it did when I first quit.. it's still
stinky and nasty, but it doesn't make me sick

Thanks, Psyko! Did you notice that Horace the Huffing Hogg was with
them. He showed up at my birthday and they all fell in love with each
other. So nowadays it's now Gnomes & Hoggs and Smobriety all wrapped
