How do I put a picture of the quit buddies page?

I have found a picture that I would like to put on the quit buddies page.
How do I go about doing that? Thanks for you help in advance.

Hi Cindy - I was thinking exactly the same thing - thought I'd take a
look later and see if it looked fairly simple. If you find out how to
do it first let me know - save me the bother. Now entering our 5th day
and still here and still smober. I think we deserve a Satruraday night
treat - just of to have a glass of sherry!!

don't know if I did it right or not. Would be neat if we could get our
pictures together, cause after all someone said we are quit twins!!!!!

The QuitBuddies.org site is maintained by Jef. He'll get your photo
up as soon as he can. He's real good about keeping things as up to
date as possible, but sometimes things like, oh..... life, get in the
way of online time. At least, that's how it works for me. ;-)

all the info you need.
