This one will show, can't always get this thing to work thru google,
but I anxiously await and read your posts. All these people with 3
and 5 year quits are so inspiring. I have got 4 hours myself and am
proud of it. Can't get my meter to post on here either, Siley

Nice going, Siley!! Four hours is great and the beginning of a new
life for you and those around you.

Be proud of every single second you deny the nicodemon. Before long
that nasty nicodemon won't even be a fleeting thought.

Being able to breathe in DEEP and hold it and knowing I no longer
smell like the bottom of a dirty ashtray is still a huge boost to me.

Everyone with a 3,5,and 10 year quit all started where you are right now and
you should be proud fo 4 hours! 4 hours is probably the longest you ever
went without a cigg in a long long time.
4 hours needs to be praised, go do a silly happy dance and celebrate it!

I would postpone the first one each morning.
One Monday morning I was able to make it 4 hours.
I had not been 4 hours awake without a cigarette in years.
I was afraid if I smoked, I would never get 4 hours again.
