Default I'm Smober!

Long story, but needed another "reason" to quit as the first one became
invalid. Had to find a reason, ya know? That was more important to me than a
quit date & I had to wrap my head around it and figure out my answers to the
big questions, like, "why quit smoking since you don't have to worry about
__?" Anyway, here's a good reason: smokers are more likely to become
demented Dutchman.

Learning to be Dutch, I'm sure, would be hard enough. But to do it with
dementia?

Well, I gots to hit the sack. I actually have a better reason to quit
smoking than that. Something a little more down-to-earth.

Later Gaters,

Mike

None smoked so far since.... well, since this morning. Hell of a meter, aye?

Welcome to AS3, Mike! The first day is always a real roller coaster
regardless of what method you use or what mindset you had adopted
prior to the quit. But, as you said, get your head around the fact
that you are choosing to be smober. Write out all your reasons on a
list and keep it handy to look at for the times when the going gets
rough. Read & post here as much as you need and the days will add up!

weeks, 6 hours, 5 minutes.

That's a scary thought. My mother suffered from severe dementia. Another
good reason to quit!
