Cautiously peeking out (in case anyone actually remembers me from over a
decade ago).
Back then, with support from folks like Bud Ellis, Carol G., The DD gang
and many others, managed to stay smober for 18 months.
Between that quit and the current one, I managed an 8 month quit (about
2 years ago).
Noticing there are now not only Old Fogies (that's all we had back then)
but a complete variety pack of Fogies.
Congratulations to EVERYONE who has managed to stay smober all these
years while guys like me go out and do more research. Just so you
know, its still addictive, its still destructive, and its still a heck
of a lot easier to Stay Quit than it is To Quit !!!
Doing a cold turkey quit. After more than 72 hours, I can now say, Hey,
its good to be back home again.
