Hello Everyone...

I only come to the group every few years to so now and I want everyone
to know that I am still smokefree as of Feb 1, 1999 - I am close to 9
years smokefree!! I still have trouble believing it sometimes. I
have been through the deaths of my mom and dad, through a teenager who
continues put me through hell sometimes, a few breakups and lots of
job stress, but I have continued to be smokefree. It can be done.
Old friends still are amazed that I quit smoking. I was a chain
smoker who went through 2 1/2 packs a day. (FlatironMike, I emailed
you, to put my name back on the quitlist, it somehow got deleted.) To
everyone out there struggling - you CAN remain smokefree...it is a
choice. Something else to ponder.. do not give the cigarette
manufacturers and government one more cent of your hard earned money.
As you know, the government really does not want you to quit
anyway..too much tax revenue would disappear. VOTE SMOKEFREE BARS AND
RESTAURANTS, too!!

mike...if its a yahoo address....it is most likely correct.
