Default No Smokers

Hard to believe in a group this size...there's no I quit smoking threads.

I was walking into HEB yesterday and notice 3 or 4 individuals standing outside smoking. Each of them had that, "I'm in my own world smoking frown on their faces". As I walked past I briefly caught a wiff of the residue of second hand smoke....I thought to myself, "How grateful I was to have been allowed the opportunity to quit". I also realized that my appetite for view the inhaling and exhaling of air along with the desire of visual evidence that air existed had been removed. For that's the real reason for smoking. It's a lust for air.

Hi!, I'm not smoker, I just give supposition for they who try to `quit smoking.

Discipline is necessary to `quit smoking. I have heard people who say "It is hard to `quit smoking". I think if we ask ourselves what we conciliate with smoking, we will comprehend that smoking is just damage for us. Supplements can help and are needed too for quitting to smoke. I think of Supplements in sense on stuff that will help us. There many websites who offers such supplements such us WellSupplements.com, which promotes many products and other supplements not only just for smoking, and also for other fields in our health. Really, if we strongly conceive the point of the acquisition and the abatement and bit use of discipline I thnik that we will be aware for our decisions.

Thanks,
George
