Default Life update and milestone!

Hello everyone!

Lat night, Steve and I had our meter click over to OFQOF! We didn't post it
then. Why? Well we were out enjoying our smokefree life and our new dog!
It is nice to be able to go out for the whole evening and not worry about
finding somewhere that you can smoke without having to stand outside the car
in the freezing temperatures! We enjoyed a nice family night, and the only
time we even mentioned smoking was seeing someone smoking in their car and
being glad that we don't do that anymore!

I start a new class on Monday, funded by my saving money from smoking.
Steve starts a new job on Monday as well, and doesn't have to worry about
smoke breaks at the new job.

My co-worker has had the sniffles all winter season. Not me! Although I
did have a terrible cold, I was over it a lot sooner than any of the smokers
I know that got it. That is part of the nature of working in a school, it
is a breeding factory for germs, and I am so glad that my nose and lungs can
now function as they were intended to do!

I hope to be a better poster, but I find myself doing more things now that I
am healthier. I hope to find a balance and be here to celebrate with all
the wonderful friends made here at AS3!

To all the new quitters, this really is doable, and it is soooooooo worth
it! Keep on going, one day at a time, one hour at a time and one minute at
a time....whatever it takes.

Hugs and Kisses!

Woo Hoo Sarah and Steve!!! I can totally appreciate how nice it is to
have a life free from the demands of the nicodemon and all that crap.
Finding that you do not catch a cold as easily and when you do you
heal faster is certainly one of the sweet rewards as well. Both of
you have been a wonderful part of AS3 and I know you are moving on but
not forgetting us either! Congrats, Steve, on the new job, too!

Now, sit back and enjoy as Horace the Huffing Hogg is bringing the
Original Yodeling Gnomes to sing songs of smobriety to help you
continue to celebrate this wonderful event!

Well MY end of the country is waiting for a bit of snow coming today. we had
a week of very mild temps and it melted just about everything ( had over a
meter of snow in my yard now a few piles of rock hard ice hills) my maple
tree started to bud up freaky eh? but the cold is coming back and the snow,
knew it couldn't last
Molly loves her big sister Katie and Katie is taking over the role of mom
for her ( even cleaning her) but she tries to lure her up into the woods
with a rope while outside. not sure if she is trying to show her the wilder
side or trying to lose her " what puppy?"
we are waiting the first all night sleep we did get up to 5 hours but then
while trying to pick her up and take her outside she peed all over Scott
hahahaha.
hows your new baby? fitting in?

Instead of taking 40 puffs of smoke, Steve and Sarah spoketh upon us:

>I start a new class on Monday, funded by my saving money from smoking.
>Steve starts a new job on Monday as well, and doesn't have to worry about
>smoke breaks at the new job.

It's good to hear from you love birds! Keep us posted!
