Default Lung Detoxification

So are there any lung detox formulations or practices that actually
work? Second to quitting or never having smoked to begin with, of
course. =)

Know what you mean, I grew up on a small farm.

Cow:
Great, till you become inflamed with passion.
Then you have to stop, climb off the stump, and run up front to kiss
them.

Sheep:
Woolite gets rid of the evidence.

Horse:
You'll get a kick out of her.

Sow:
Great practice for my prom date.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
OK, back to topic:
Trail biking reamed out my lungs in Week 1. Even at that stage of
the quit things drastically improved. Hills became shorter.
Now if someone can find a way of combining this with the CuckooCat's
method, there might be a Nobel Prize in it.
Two of the guys on our shift are from a city about 30 minutes away.
One of them brings in there local paper. A while back I was reading
this local paper and discovered that a train had come to a stop
somewhere in the middle of nowhere the passengers looked out of the
window and saw this fine fella getting stuck into a goat (an animal I
notice you did not critique...do you have something against goats I
wonder).
We have rode these fellas mercilessly since then.
Quite recently one weird bloke from our town was caught wanking off a
horse (it made the nationals). Sure enough these fellas did their duty
and gave it all back to us.
The trial bike sexmachine thing is patent pending it's called the
*fucking bike* and Marv Tiho and myself are going to be Millionaires
so butt out or we will sue.
No cliffs around here. Maybe I'll face them up to the electric fence.
Might give us both a jolt. ;>)
