Default Made it

Well, made it to month 3. I finished my Champix last week, and although I
was originally going to continue with them as I have a fair few left over, I
decided to see how I got on without them. A couple of days ago I had a mild
crave for a couple of hours, but so far that has been all, and most of the
time don't even think about smoking at all.

I am still feeling positive, but never complacent, about this quit, first
time I have got over one week for years.

Bill
Three months, 8 hours, 47 minutes and 11 seconds. 2740 cigarettes not
smoked, saving £182.65. Life saved: 1 week, 2 days, 12 hours, 20 minutes.

Congratulations Bill, three months is a great achievement!
Good idea not to get complacent, the addiction to nicotine is such an
insidious one, it is better to be on your guard, but
do enjoy your freedom!
Cheers and best wishes.

Maria

By the way, are you sure that you only saved £182.65 in three months?

Thanks for the wishes.

Well done Cindy, I missed your 3 months milestone.

MARIA: Yes the money is correct. I smoked handrolling tobacco and mostly
bought bootleg tobacco from Belgium which is a fraction of the cost of
buying it from shops in the UK. I estimated my costs on the prices I
actually paid.

Good for you, Bill!!! Especially the fact that you aren't getting
complacent. That is soooo important.
