Default Made it through Day 1

Shew...it's been a long day. Deep sigh. I didn't smoke though. The
Chantrix does take care of serious cravings but not thoughts. I found
myself sighing deeply when I would think of smoking at trigger times.
But the thoughts do go away. I also think it helps to have had a few
days of experience where the cigarettes tasted bad. I know if I have
one it will taste like crap!
I even survived a argument with hubby (I am a bit irritable! lol poor
guy) which has sent me out to buy a pack before! So on to Day 2!!!!! I
am committed to make this my last quit!!!!! Thanks to all of you.
This activity keeps me focused!
